Creating movement takes practice just like performing it does. The more you practice responding to different stimuli and communicating intent through movement, the more prepared you will be when your HSC Core Composition comes around.
Visual stimuli, one of the more popular of the stimuli family, is a good one to start practicing with. The stimulus is explicit, as you are literally responding to something you see. It gives you the opportunity to explore something visually, therefore, gives you more direction than, let's say, tactile.
We have created a fantastic resource to help you with the beginning steps of responding to a visual stimuli. If you are just starting off with composition or need a little more guidance, check out our Core Composition subscription service for some fantastic resources.
